Afternoon Tea Week 2023
We had a great time celebrating Afternoon Tea Week across our houses this summer. We held special tea parties at Alfriston, Eastbourne (Beamsley House) and Tunbridge Wells houses, as well as at Holdenhurst in Heathfield. Here you can see our tenants having a lovely time and eating lots of scones and yummy cakes!
Our teams did a fabulous job of baking and catering for the events. Our food is home-cooked (or baked!) and is one of the very special things about living in one of our houses.
At Abbeyfield House in Tunbridge Wells, Eileen also celebrated her 95th birthday. From everyone at Abbeyfield South Downs, Happy Birthday Eileen!
